Chatsworth is fully equipped to handle most collision related claims for the full range of commercial, heavy duty, and recreational vehicles. Our affiliate, Keystone Towing, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week for cars and trucks of all sizes. They can deliver your vehicle to the Schiro’s location of your choice during normal business hours. After hours, they will store your vehicle until it can be delivered the next business day. They are fast, friendly, and waiting for your call.

On-Premises Car Rental Service
Drop off your damaged car and drive away in a rental car at the same location! Or, if you prefer, Hertz Car Rental offers customer pick-up service from work or home. Schiro’s will serve you by dealing directly with Hertz for the rental reservation and with your insurance company for rental billing arrangements as well as arrange for pick-up and delivery. Enterprise Car Rental is also available with similar arrangements at an off-site location.

Schiro's Collision Repairs provides our customers with written limited lifetime warranty on all passenger vehicle covered repairs. This written warranty covers workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle.

Our objective is to deliver a high quality repair – one that exceeds industry standards as well as your own.
Our nine-stage Quality Control Assurance System builds in quality at each step of the repair process. Before your vehicle can be released to the next phase of repairs, each item on our quality-control checklist must be inspected and documented. These provide safeguards against quality issues that could potentially be passed on to a customer following the completion of repairs. The items on the checklist include:
- Proper measuring, computerized or mechanical, to ensure precise structural alignment.
- The correct application of corrosion protection.
- A search for flaws or defects in the refinish work.
- The inspection and testing of weld quality.
- The diagnosis and correction of any relevant dashboard warning lights.
- The inspection and testing of mechanical and suspension components.
- The test-drive.
Insurance Company Approved
Schiro's Collision Repairs has earned Preferred Referral Status or Direct Repair Status from several major insurance companies. In order to participate in these programs, our company must meet stringent quality, customer service, and training requirements. In most cases, only a claim number is needed for us to begin repairs immediately.
A partial list of companies we work with is on the Insurance Partner page (not all companies allow body shops to add them to their web sites). But did you know that you can take your car to the shop of your choice? Your insurance company may give you the names of two or three shops in your area but you can go to any shop that you choose, even if your shop is not on their preferred list. Schiro’s highly trained claims handling staff will work with your insurance company to facilitate and expedite a proper repair at our facilities.
